"Unforgettable Memories - Aalankrita Resort - The Perfect Picnic Destination in Hyderabad, Telangana!" The elderly Residents of the Little Sisters of the Poor from Secunderabad!

The elderly Residents of Secunderabad were looking forward to go out for a picnic. The Little Sisters planned to take even the invalids from the infirmary. This was possible only because of the help of their associates Jeanne Jugan and friends.  As in the past years they approached Mr. Durai who is always willing to arrange the transport. Aalankrita Resort was the chosen picnic spot. There was much excitement on everyone’s face. It was on January 8th, 2024, that they set out after breakfast. On their way it was arranged to stop at St. Joseph’s School, Trimulgherry, where the students were waiting to welcome them. They escorted the Elderly with the school band to their auditorium, for a lovely program, enjoyed by everyone. The students were very attentive to the needs of the Elderly. There was a joyful interaction between the young and the old. From there they proceeded to Aalankrita Resort for lunch. The banquet was ready and after a short prayer, the delicious lunch was served with great delicacy and love. Then it was time for singing and dancing in which many of the elderly Residents took part and enjoyed thoroughly. On their way back they visited Our Lady of Grace Church at Shamirpet.  The day was filled with joy and gratitude.
