Birthday Party of Residents celebrated with Mr. Mark Ramesh at Secunderabad!

Festival of Raksha Bandhan at Sawantwadi
On August 11th 2022, the festival of Raksha Bandhan was celebrated in India. Rakhi is an ancient Hindu festival. The festival of Rakhi celebrates the bond between brothers and sisters. The festival is very famous with several cultures in the country as the concept of duty and love between siblings is universal. 26th July 2022 Every year, July 26th is set aside to celebrate the feast of our Residents. The day began with the Eucharistic celebration offered for the Residents and their families. The celebrant was Rev. Father Augustine Lourdu ofm. The Mass began with the solemn entrance procession in which some ladies and men took part. In the afternoon an entertainment program was organised. Elderly Residents feast day celebrated in Coonoor!
Coonoor On July 26th, 2022, we had our Residents day celebration from 4 to 5 pm in the multipurpose hall. Our Associates Jeanne Jugan sang a prayer song and they did the skit on our Father. It explains how meaningfully we should pray our father's prayer. Mountain home school children sang and danced. And also the physiotherapy students who come to our home every day for their experience also did the dance and made our Residents happy. Everyone enjoyed the program.
