FUNFAIR ON 10 NOVEMBER 2024
Funfair of the Home! It was inaugurated at 9.30 am by a brother of Sevasadan, the Congregation of the Franciscan Missionary Brothers, and Mr. Glen Williams, the owner of Sweet Chariot Hotel. Father Anthony Swamy SJ went around blessing the stalls. The crowd began flowing in and all the stalls were packed with people buying, eating, playing the games etc. The Good Lord favored us with a good weather. Friends and benefactors were all around selling the coupons, holding the different stalls. The Masters of ceremony Mr. Elaikse and Mr. Mark Rego did their jobs well. This year a stage was put up in front of Saint Joseph for people to play and sing. Many people came forward to sing.
PROGRAM BY MARK & MARTINA - DECEMBER 9, 2024
On December 9, 2024, Mr. Mark and his wife Martina came with the team of Family Services to entertain and be with our Residents, as they do every year. The program began with the residents’ nativity scene in front of which some residents began dancing. Then, it was taken over by a team member who played the guitar while his daughter played the organ. As they played they sang Christmas carols. Mr Kumar, his daughter & her friend played an amusing skit which the residents thoroughly enjoyed. After that, one of our residents, Mrs. Glenda thanked the team for their thoughtfulness and love towards the Residents by bringing gifts each year to make them happy. Then gifts were distributed to each one of them. All left the multi-purpose hall happy and contented. God bless Mr Mark and Martina, so also their team.

Ashwin, the nephew of Sister Marie Dolores de la Trinite. The Residents displayed the Christmas scene which was followed by Christmas message by Father Ashwin. Then the Little Sisters sang Christmas carols in different languages, followed by distribution of Christmas snacks to all the Residents, made at home.
